​Lossie was the first character to join the Heatherbelle Crafts gang and, as such, always believes she is the most important.  She often pretends to be a little grumpy and rarely likes to get involved with the activities of the younger members of the group but underneath is all she's resilient and can be relied upon for sound advice.  She wouldn't want you to know this but she also secretly loves a scratch behind the ears.
