All artwork displayed on this website is my own design and copyright of Sarah Lucking at Heatherbelle Crafts. It should not be replicated, used or distributed.

Terms and Conditions
The majority of items on my site are made or printed to order. Please check estimated production time before ordering. This can be found on the listing for each item. If, in the unlikely event that I am unable to dispatch within a few days of the the expected time frame, I will contact you with a revised dispatch date. Please rest assured that I have maintained an excellent record in dispatching within the estimated timeframe. The length of time between dispatch and delivery may vary. All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 24hr or 48hr tracked, unless otherwise stated, so may take longer during busy postal times. Please take this into account when ordering.The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the web site due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

Privacy Policy
When ordering a product from me, asking for a quote or enquiring about a product, I will temporarily collect your name and contact details such as e-mail address or postal address for delivery. These details will only be required while your order is in progress and will never be passed on to any third parties.

Payments are secure and I do not store any payment information.

Returns Policy
I pride myself in customer satisfaction and putting a smile on people's faces. If, however, there is an issue with your order, please get in touch as there is a 30 day returns window from purchasing.

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned but please get in touch if there is an issue and I will do my best to resolve it.

Please check your order during the order process carefully as I cannot refund or cancel your order for personalised products which have been misspelt or you have had a change of heart.

Digital Print Policy
Thank you for purchasing my digital artwork. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Products
All products sold are digital files (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD) and are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Refunds & Returns
Due to the instant access nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

3. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted only if:

You purchased the same item more than once by mistake.
The file is corrupted or incomplete, and I am unable to provide a working replacement.

4. File Issues
If you experience problems with your download, please contact me within 7 days of purchase. I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Usage Rights
Purchasing a digital artwork grants you a personal use license only, unless otherwise stated. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
